I am treasurer and a trustee of our village hall which is owned and operated by a charitable trust. We are not VAT registered.
Currently I handwrite all our invoices for the use of the hall but as I get older my writing is not improving! I post the invoices onto spreadsheets normally about 15-20 every 2 months. What I would like is a template of an invoice that I can modify for our needs.
I spent yesterday afternoon trying to design the template but the results were NOT good. Any ideas where I could get such a template?
TIA
Peter C

Re: Invoice Template
If you use the likes of Microsoft Office then it includes various templates or you can go to the Microsoft website to find more.
Google 'excel templates' or the likes (whatever software you're using) and you'll usually find something suitable. Here's the very fist I found! It's free tio use too!

If you use Excel itself then making boxes, colouring and font sizing etc is all pretty straightforward.

Re: Invoice Template
Thanks KE
Didn't know a template like that existed, all I could find was accounts packages that I did not need.
