bloody doctors

made appoinment to see my doctor last week, went this afternoon, you have to log in on a computer so they know that your there, sat for 20-30 minutes got to ask how much longer it will be, got told no record of making the appoinment, cant see the doctor today or any other doctor today, or tomorrow or even next week!!!
what the bloody point of having this computer system that log you in when you get there, when it cant even work out that you havent got a appoinment! wasted about a hour going and waiting,hasnt half pissed me off!!!!

I bet that system cuts the doctors' work load down.

After a week, you've either:

Cured yourself or
Dropped dead or
it's got worse, so easier to diagnose.

Glad that system is not in the US.

The system sounds like the answering part is in India with theire tele tech support.
