Re: super excitednesssssss the rafalution is almost upon uss
Fuc$ing so annoying. i was at the apple shop at the metro centre for my phone and mac book to get fixed and then they were like ahhh itll be done by 8 oclock..... bugger that ive gotta go watch the match so they arranged for me to go back and drop the phone in.... then we got beat. after that i dropped my phone and now its totally f*ck. no phone. now a trip back to get it fixed. i shoulda just bloody stayed and sacked the match off.
atleast now we got a captain that speaks after games though.
we cant afford too many more slip ups. we must improve and fast or we will end up stuck in this league. we cant hand the initiative to that dreadful bunch down in birmingham. need to take this league by the scruff of the neck and wipe the floor with it and get back up to the premier league. we cant have the forces of darkness crowing for too long about being the norths premier club

its not fair. but we will prevail in the end. an early season wake up call for the players. everyone is gonna want to beat us. we cant let that happen. we must be top of our game each match or the same thing will keep happening and we cant be doing that

The royal 'we' won't cut it fin....
as much as 'you' might wish them success it is the overpaid, nancy-boy, feckless players who'll make the decisions on success or failure.
There's no motivation when you're guaranteed a wage at the end of the week regardless of how you perform. And when one WEEKS wage is the equivalent (in many cases) of a normal persons ANNUAL wage the players need only 'play' for one season to be set for life.
Money has ruined the game - as your pleasure at watching South Shields play in the amateur league quite clearly proves.
The fact that Newcastle relies on the income from the 'gullible' supporters (no insult intended) means they win no matter what. It's past time the supporters took back control and showed their displeasure by the only means clubs understand - removal of their money.

Arca was a great player in his day. He was once linked to one of the top London clubs but didn't want to move out of the North East It's normally those southerners that don't want to move up here.
Alex Rae and him used to drink in the Dun Cow in Durham and I had many a chat with him. He's a great lad.

Re: super excitednesssssss the rafalution is almost upon uss
he still does it for south shields like. at 34 years old hes obviously must have been knackered as a pro but hes a class act still. you can tell and he takes no sh*t off the oposition either. he was well pleased when south shields won the northern league division 2 last season. great to go to the games and hear the fans chanting his name.Argyll wrote:Arca was a great player in his day. think he got married to a local lass. he comes across as a really decent fella like. he did a charity boxing night a couple of weeks back.
my local pub's land lady once had a car she had bought off alex rae when he was playing for the forces of darkness.
