FUSED SWITCH WITH LIGHT ON CONSTANT PROBLEM
hi ,
i have wired a fused socket but the light is on all the time even when i press the switch off , any ideas

I would guess you have reversed the connections from the mains supply and the appliance connected to it it.
There is usually a set labelled Feed and a set labelled Load - the Feed is your incoming and the Load is the wires to your appliance. Check they are that way round
