Re: Rangers v Celtic
Yawn.......
It's like looking forward to Doncaster versus ...... well, anyone really
'Champions' in a league of their own - which is precisely what it boils down to. They'd get no where in a 'proper' league - not that I'm ascribing English football to be any better
Each to their own though

Don't take it personally......

Re: Rangers v Celtic
i dont really know a great deal about scottish foota to be fair. be good to go along to a game like. my mates at ibrox a fair bit if hes up there with his lass seeing her family and friends. he even became mates with a lad from the club shop and hes came down to watch newcastle games with us.
i guess everyone reakons their derby games are the best in the world. some of the eastern european derby games must be mental. or the greek or turkish derby games.
i saw a video of a polish derby game and one lot of fans was lobbing flares at another group. fires in the stands and all sorts.
its a shame we havent got a derby game this season and possibly next season if we get promoted and the forces of darkness get the relegation that they are soo long overdue

I've been to about 15 SAFC-NUFC games. Not a patch on what used to be the old firm games.fin wrote:i dont really know a great deal about scottish foota to be fair. be good to go along to a game like. my mates at ibrox a fair bit if hes up there with his lass seeing her family and friends. he even became mates with a lad from the club shop and hes came down to watch newcastle games with us.

Re: Rangers v Celtic
Even Brendan Rodgers says it's the biggest Derby in the world.
I've been to big games all over the uk and nothing comes close to the atmosphere at ibrox or Celtic park on Derby day.
I see joe garner went to the local hospitals A&E for treatment....times are tough at ibrox now..

Of course. Anyone that knows anything about sports knows there are ups and downs. No doubt Sevco will be challenging at some point but I just can't see it for at least 4-5 years.Enjoy it while it lasts....the shoe will be on the other foot soon enough!!
