As an alternative Pat have a look at http://bit.ly/2ro4bcq Ladders fall into two categories really which is DIY or trade, the cheapest being DIY but they are very good. I bought a double height set from here and they came the next day, excellent service. I have used the ladders an awful lot over the years and they are still in very good order albeit it a bit paint spattered.
