Hi guys.
I decided to rejoin after, can I say I completed our last project house which I thought they would carry me out off in a bag.
But alas the day I finished the house was the day the wife put it on the market and sold it that very day for the most she could get.
She has shown me the new house, hence I am back again needing advice.
As this house is very much a house that Jack built and I have been informed of the list of jobs she wants done to this one.
So here I am....and I think that you can see from my user name just how I feel about another project when I thought I had retired.
