"Brexit voters voted to be poor and we have crushed the hopes and aspirations of the younger generation",
well get off your arse's and make a life like we had to, we have not all had gold plated pensions and had to make life choices sometimes right sometimes wrong, why do washed up politicians like to stir things up. :angryfire:

It's always better to let these things out adonis, I haven't checked out your link but I do do know that Vince Cable is reaallyy disappointed that he's not going to be getting a position within the Brussels gravy train... Because we, as a country, voted leave.

He's 74, he's entering his dotage, ignore him and he'll soon slowly drift away in a fog of Aricept.

I voted to leave, it had nothing to do with the colour of anybody's skin,(or a world map) I grew up in London, both of my parents were active socialists, there were different coloured people in and out of our house on a regular basis, even more so at election times, they are all the same to me.

I voted to leave cos I didn't want to be in there in the first place and voted that way the first time round, probably like a good many others of my age.
One day it will all be firewood.

All of his language points to the fact that the liberals do not accept democracy or if they do it’s about cherry picking what THEY think we should have the right to vote on.

The bloke is a complete numpty!!

Democracy is applying the 'will of the people' - something he totally fails to understand. He doesn't 'know better' - he knows f-all by all accounts - but even 'knowing better' doesn't mean riding roughshod over the MAJORITY of voters.

I look forward to the final elimination of the Lib Dems as a political entity in forthcoming elections.

He's an EU and Globalist shill. I despise people like him.

He got his facts wrong too. He said 75 % of under 25's voted remain when it was 48% as only 64% of those elegible voted. I believe that the referendum result should not have been dissected in the way it has, down to the last detail. It has caused too much division.

I’m getting to the point now where politics no longer matters in my life as there is no suitable party for me to vote for!

I also find it ironic that the majority of Lords in the house of lords are Liberal democrats :wtf:

People think we live in a democracy
