Where do Screwfix advertise? I've never seen it.

He'll be ok,if he likes queing. Before he goes id just ring the store with the item number just to make sure its in stock, save him standing in line for 30 mins just to let some clueless scally chav tell him its not in stock.

It sounds like Argos on a bad day.
He hates queuing, that'll put him right off.

Argos on Christmas Eve aint as bad as Screwfix. It depends on what time you go really, ive been a few times and not had to queue up but you still have to deal with the knobs behind the counter though, which can take a while.

Its like Argos 10 years ago - before the ring and reserve and self service technology
. At least with Argos these days you can be in and out in 10mins

Are they worse than the people who are supposed to be experts in B & Q then? They are really hopeless.
Wickes seems to be manned by women with no experts around.

I go to the screwfix shop late afternoon. No long queue then.
I should be dead; I've cheated the Grim Reaper yet again by surviving my third heart attack in June.
