Hi chaps
I was inspired by a commercial product I had seen on the interwebs. So decided to replicate it.
The base door is the cheapest that will fit the Pax frame being just a plane panel. I then used 4mm Acrylic sheet as it was flat and smooth. I paid for the door and panels to be spray painted. The panels were fixed to the door using a PU adhesive.
The handles were made from 18mm MDF and a panel stuck onto it.
The panels and spraying were more expensive than I expected. But you live and learn. I will say though that the look is fantastic and really high quality. Really pleased with it.
You could use any panels but you need to be careful with the edges, attention to detail makes the project. You could also spray the parts yourself with a low cost HVLP gun.
If it's of any use to anyone I can supply the layout and dimensions of the panels. Just PM me.
