Hi all
I'm attaching some pictures of my bathroom tiles. They are stone - I'm not sure if limestone or sandstone?
The big grey/brown patch suddenly came up a few months ago, I think because the shower was leaking and the stone got wet underneath. Now it is dry and starting to kind of powder and crumble.
Any ideas for how to remove this and then presumably I'd have to reseal it?
The next two photos show some water drip marks from the shower door being left open. Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated

Re: Stone damage
There are various tile cleaners out there but you would have to make sure you get the one suitable for your tiles.
A shop that specialises in tiles might be best place to start.
If you manage to get them clean then make sure you seal them well to help prevent further staining and make cleaning easier.
Not sure about the crumbling/powdering issue...not something I've come across...

Re: Stone damage
Try a little Viakal on a small test area and scrub with an old stiff toothbrush. That looks like limescale stains to me where water has been left to dry out on the floor leaving a deposit. The mild acid will hopefully dissolve the deposit, spray and leave for a few minutes. You could try vinegar but the acetic acid effect is not as good as the formic acid in Viakal.
Good luck
