Bead is on the outside from what I recall.Gadget wrote:Can't be 100% sure, but I think that one is internally beaded anyway, so was meant to be fitted like that.

Re: Spot the mistake
its outward opening door the beads look to be on the inside - the hinges maybe the wrong type tho
Our porch door is outward opening as there wasn't enough clearance to have it opening inwards (also gives you move space to move)

It should have pins on the hinge side tbh with that amount of glass - that would go in first

Re: Spot the mistake
Presumably because they didn’t want to chop out the plaster board reveals and make more of a mess . Maybe they couldn’t fix through the frame because it landed in the cavity . I thought that about the straps - must be getting rendered .ryanedgar72 wrote:Yes the brackets at the top.. how are you going to cover them.. or why are they they[emoji85]

Re: Spot the mistake
Maybe those brackets are doing a different job.. because why would you need 4 on top of the frame.. screw fixings on the sides should be enough..D4np wrote:Presumably because they didn’t want to chop out the plaster board reveals and make more of a mess .
