T Mobile

Post by Handy Angie »

Child loses his contract phone out on the street - phone T Mobile get through to India - wasn't overally surprised! Spend 5 mins confirming personal details, passwords, shoe size etc (whilst some scroat is hammering his phone) before I get to mutter the words switch off his sim card. Then she spends 10 mins asking me about phone insurance and have I contacted the police before she even asks for the phone number. I try to explain as politely as I can that I just want it switching off! So eventually she says it is off. I order a replacement SIM £10 charge! and off I go. 2 days later child's friends come round and ask why he wasn't speaking on the phone and why he kept hanging up earlier in the day. Well blow me down as if that SIM card was still working. So off I go again ringing T Mobile in India! So off we go again the first 10 mins spent confirming personal details before Im even asked why Ive rung in. They check my account and say :error: we reactivated the SIM card and yes its been used! Of course its been used, who wouldn't be hammering a free phone! Ive been assured from across the water that T Mobile will refund all charges made after it was first reported lost. Thats not the point its the principle they have let some scroat get away with free calls all weekend due to their incompetancy! If a jobs worth doing, its worth doing right first time! :cussing:

I don't have any kids, bit If id did and my kid lost two phones in a short period of time I would not get them another one as they are clearly incapable or responsible enough to own one.

Perhaps if parent's bought them functional clothes with zip up pockets instead of designer Lacoste tracksuits then the chavs would not loose their phones in the first place

Err its the first phone he has lost - the other one was damaged. Oh and there was one that was pick pocketed. So you never lost anything as a child? I will be asking your mum. Cos you are older than me you forget what it was like to be a child. Also the streets are tougher these days!

And what do you know about fashion? And if pants came with zips we would be buying them. That Lacoste trackie was bought in the sale at Gibsons Sports and was cheaper than Adidas!! Try shopping and then you might know the price of stuff rather than jumping to MORE conclusions!

I cant move Im in a 12 month contract!
RESPONSIBLE...... is removing pictures of your ex bird before you give the phone to your new girlfriend. And we have been together a year now so what was it doing all that time on your phone! :cussing:

I forgot about the one he smashed by throwing it against the wall when he had one of his tantrums.

So that is even worse then, that is three phones not two!

Pick pocketed= he allowed someone to take it, and never even noticed!

I never lost anything as a child and definately not when I was 15 years old. I was working much earlier than that, earned my own money and knew the value of money.

I wish my ex girlefriend was not so good looking as you are obviously jealous

It's a tag to let some females be horrible because a few of us, lucky ones don't suffer from it at all! :wav: :thumbright: I think some men suffer similar symptoms, the trouble is that it can be the whole month! :thumbright:

Been with them for about 10 years, apart from upgrades, i dont think i have phoned them more than a few times.
