Solving floor tile gap

Post by Treetops »

I'm hoping for some ideas to get around an issue I have. I've installed a replacement bath, same size as previously. I've used aqua panels in preparation for tiling. Unfortunately previous job omitted to tile fully under the bath!! So I will now have a gap of about 15mm in one floor area after tiling. See pic attached (prior to tiling panel). Any suggestions?

Do you have any spares of the original tiles? Our does the ship still sell them?

...as above, a matching tile to fill the gap, or a more extreme solution would be to build the wall out with another layer of aquapanel (or whatever it takes - the gap looks nearer to 30mm to me).
One day it will all be firewood.

Thanks both. I've managed to locate a small piece of floor tile left by previous owner. I'll now try some tile shops to try and match!! Thanks again.
