The water leak has been there for some time, but it is tiny.
I thought that it was on the hot pipe leading to the tap in the ensuite and when I changed the tap, I thought that the leak would of been fixed.
The ensuite is above the kitchen and the plasterboard is ruined as it must have been leaking for years.
When I replaced the ensuite basin and tap I thought that the leak had gone, but it is is leaking from a branch on a pipe that is in a real pain in the butt position as it cannot be accessed from above. I'll take some pictures when I get chance.
The waterfall tap will be replaced soon as it is the second tap and this has had two cartridges and is dripping again already. She was told not to get one, but would not listen

How much?
There are many theories as to how much you should pay. You may have heard the popular one about one-and-a-half or two months' salary, but this idea has been promoted largely by the big diamond companies, so it's hardly a reliable benchmark. The only realistic guideline is that you should spend only what you can afford - your fiancée doesn't want to be paying the bills for the next five years while you continue paying for her engagement ring. So, before you go anywhere near a jeweller, work out your budget.

What men should do is go pale and go very quiet when the jeweller announces how much the ring is. My oh did that and got £100 knocked off because they wanted the custom as it was near closing time.
My ring (currently in for repairs because I caught it on a bl**dy Sainsburys' shelf and bent it slightly as I pulled my hand up from reaching stuff on a low shelf!

Failure means you just didn't get it right yet!

If it had diamonds in it then it would have to be second hand! Ive seen that movie Blood Diamonds. Its awful. Will never buy a real diamond again. Ive seen a black diamond before - but pink like yeah man. Jordan has a pink diamond. Birth stone - think I was adopted at birth no-one knows where this black sheep came from!
