looks like a good price - I think that is the cheaper drill they do , - I got a kit with same drill and 2 x 2AH batts last year for more than that - I have been thinking of getting the better drill 3 speed version.
Also I changed the drill and tried 3 in screwfix , before I got a chuck that did not have a lot of runout - although the tolerance on runout is quite high. I spoke to the chuck replacement service before i changed it , its only warranty for 30days or 90days on chuck.
Used mine a lot - drilling 14mm holes in brickwork for STUD fixing and various DIY projects around the home in the last year
