Quality bit of flashing that. First bit of wind and heavy rain should see water pouring in through the grooves in the boarding i'd have thought.

Lead gully badly fitted - cap the edge and seal it up - the joint doesn't look to have much overlap ?

Needs a bulb in the outside light and the base sealing

Edit. Just noticed the galv clout nails covered in sealent
