DTD and render??? Failed????

DTD and render??? Failed????

I had a damp course done about 5 weeks ago and render on top. The render has dried slightly but seems to be very wet still. Not sure if the render is too low to the ground? Outside render needs doing but surely the inside should be drying even if it's slow? Help 😭
Should we seal the holes from the DTD outside???
