Push fit elbow for electric shower?

The instructions say to use a push fit elbow that does not require special tools for removal. I've never even seen a push fit elbow. Can you guys recommend one?

Also how do I dress up that ugly looking overflow pipe? Are there some sort of fitting I could buy to put on that pipe?

JG speedfit comes in all shapes including elbows.

So I just buy a JG Speedfit elbow, clean up that pipe and Bob's my uncle? Do they slide in and out once fitted if I need a bit of adjustment when fitting the shower on the wall?

Done. Almost. Cables need connecting. I'll do it in the morning when I have more daylight. No leaks so far.

When it is all connected should I seal the holes with silicone or leave them as they are?

They shower shouldn't be spraying water over there so you shouldn't need to seal the holes. What I generally do once the cover is fitted though is run a bead of silicone over the top and a down the sides, this stops water running behind but will let it drain out of the bottom if a pipe leaks etc.
