update
a letter came from bt and another from t/talk today
phoned b\t first to try and aid them as i often get letters where the they miss out the downs court so a letter for flat xx downs court planet pluto comes to me as xx planet pluto
that didnt do anything as the reference on the letter was wrong and they couldnt discuss with me as not the householder and also couldnt help me as not my provider
then phoned talk talk and after the expected 55 min wait took just a couple off mins
i actually used a general 0800-0491-424 number in case my 200 free mins would run out before the situation would be resolved
