went to challenge no supply off item
they had changed the item number so click on the link = item doesnt exist to no path that route
so thought go the return item route to get in the system for dispute
that didnt work as they offered a return label
any way as i thought system not perfect and not worth the effort and possible stress as money isnt everything as i said loss expected and move on
to be fair to ebay they do give reminders via email before return option times out but the system is limited and phone calls required as no click to dispute option available if they change the order or reference number to a non available number killing the trail dead
good thing is bought it on a 5% back amex card so paid for a nice large sharing packet off asda roast chicken and chives crisps
