How will the lego stay in? will it not fall off the shelf?

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

I really like that, very professionally finished!

I can't be the only one that's not a little disappointed that it isn't actually a table made out of lego though :dunno:

I know you have finished it, but how about 8 raised circles on the front of each drawer?
The idea being it will then look like the top of a lego brick.

Nice idea SE but it’s been delivered !

Could make them with turned pieces of ply with laminate fronts.

not a criticism in any way as its a perfect and stunning but off furniture buuuut
most 4 year old want to paint draw on stickon scrape dent in deed generally abuse
do you have an unusual well behaved grandson or are you happy for your creation to "live " as the child develops ??

Big all, it’s his and will be used it’s not a museum piece. That’s why the top is in laminate

The wood has all had around six coats of acrylic varnish.
