Brushless combi drill and other stuff
Lidl have got a brushless combi drill on offer from Thursday 28th January for £99 including 2 batteries and a charger, the spec is very good and worth a look.

Good link Mike, the angle grinder discs look like a good punt, I have run out of supplies so they seem like a good deal. The bandsaw looks like a cheap way to have a small bandsaw as I use mine quite a lot.

Looks a good drill. Pity I was tempted by a Makita that was on offer at Screwfix last Autumn! More money, but I'm pleased with it.
Do be aware that the discs they sell are 125mm, rather than 120mm which seems more common here.
Still a good excuse to buy one of their angle grinders!

i have the 125mm discs, used in dewalt cordless grinder , and used for a few jobs , really good value
Also have the Parkside Ratchet with Universal Socket which have used quite a few times, useful item in the toolbox.
and the Forstner Bits, 5 pieces - again used frequently on a few DIY jobs
If i was still going to Lidl & not locked down, using home delivery a few things i would probably buy .

The 125mm discs fit one of my 120mm grinders but just catch on the other. The wire brushes don't fit either.
I've got a 125mm Parkside grinder as well, so it doesn't matter, but it's worth knowing.

The one thing with Lidl that really annoys me is that you can only buy the gear in store and not online, I think they are missing a trick there because almost everywhere else has a online store as well.

I better check if my grinder can take that size disc? Thanks for the tip I could have wasted £4

Like I say, the one machine they fit just, the other one's too close for comfort. IIRC, the flap wheels don't fit either machine.
Likewise I love the kit they have there, the kit's pretty decent, and I have the well known short arms and deep pocket syndrome.
