I probably get a couple of hundred emails each day, most of which are related to this site. Often, I get emails from people who want to “contribute articles”, which contain backlinks. Other people want me to review products on the YouTube channel.
It’s getting really tedious now with the amount of people that cannot grasp the English language. Ok, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a scholar, but I have a basic understanding of the English language.
Some people send out emails asking if they can –
Advertise on the site (it’s too much hassle for me to implement advertising and then chase for payment).
Contribute an article that contains backlinks (they do of course offer to pay)
Want a product reviewing for the YouTube channel, some of which products do not fit into the channel at all, such as last week I was offered a heated roller hairbrush!
The emails often end with a line that says “if you are interested, please let me know?”
Obviously, I am not interested in the majority of emails like this so I do not respond, because they told me to respond if I was interested. Then a few days later I get another email from them asking “if I have had chance to think about it”.
Luckily my email program allows me to bounce emails back to senders and also block them, so that they can’t annoy me again.
Perhaps just bouncing back their original email and blocking them is best solution
If you are interested please let me know

We are now getting the same albeit not at the level you are seeing! All the food delivery sites/services have said we're 'on their books' (but, unsurprisingly, none of them have bothered to see where we actually are as they'd instantly realise we can't do deliveries!), we get constant offers for chefs and waiters/waitresses and even have TV production companies banging on to come and film us. And, yes, the "if you are interested please let us know" line is always there!
Best policy (so far) is to ignore them all - as soon as you respond you're 'a sucker' and the advertising/harassment increases! Not sure if actually blocking them lets them know you've done it as they might just come at you from another angle (different address) but filtering them straight to the trash folder (and emptying it monthly).
What strikes me is that none of these people actually offer anything other than intermediary services to someone else - drop shipper advertising if you will???? so they are probably getting paid just to harass you. Tw@ts.
You have my sympathies.

Yep I get some like that, luckily only a few a month though. I also ignore them all.

I've read that the general advice is NOT to respond directly as that confirms that your address is live.
I use Google and that's very good at spotting Spam and allows me to register Spam with
their database if it bypasses their system.

I'm involved in a new business venture. The company was registered last Friday morning and today (Monday) all five shareholders have received letters from finance companies offering start up loans
I think I'll take two chickens...

Yep, I setup a website for a salvage company in 2019 , and I get emails probably on average 4 emails every day asking to redesign the site or SEO
Often with a Remove or No to stop getting the emails. I have recently started to reply with a script - which includes GDPR to remove.
But its not the sort of volume you are getting.
Usually I only seem to get maybe 3 emails from the same person, 2 as a follow-up.
Best to delete , block and ignore , I'm sure its only going to get worse.
I have setup a lot of rules in the email system to automatically move to delete - BUT that is looking for a few keywords and my time making sure it does not delete wanted items - so can be a bit time consuming, although a lot of these spam emails have the same keywords within the text
