Plastering block conservatory

Hello,

I have a conservatory built of concrete block up to about waist height, which is painted externally (possibly with a DPM but i cant be sure).

I'd like to plaster or plasterboard the inside to make it look nicer.

I see bostik DPM which can be used internally, and plasterboard dot and dabbed on top, then skimmed - https://www.bostik.com/ireland/en/catal ... erproofer/

Would this be sufficient to keep moisture from coming through to the plaster?

When was a built?

Is it single skin block? Is there a DPC layer under the block work?
