Why not ask on the Amazon Q & A page where you are getting it from?
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

I think that to take it off you need to open the jaws and remove the screw down the throat of the chuck and it might be a reverse thread so undo clockwise. You have to unscrew the whole chuck off the driveshaft and to do this you need leverage. You can use a socket set on the bit holder tightened in the chuck and give it a good whack to loosen, I think it turns off clockwise. Your question about the replacement compatibility will depend on the spindle thread size.

You will not know until you take off the existing chuck.

i got specs from hitachi, but the 1/22 seems odd, should it not be 1/2?
Length - 64mm
Diameter (Non threaded) 10mm
Square End - 8.25mm
Thread Size 1/22 by 20 UNF.
