4 days...........!!!!!!!!!

Some git drove into my Scudo and drove off, so I have had to get the van put in for repair through the insurance. Only the rear sliding door was damaged.
I took the van to the bodyshop (beforehand)so they could order door, match colour etc etc. When I rang them today they said they would need it for four days???? TO REPLACE A BLOODY DOOR!!!
Am I right to be annoyed????

Took it to another approved repairer and they said 1 day???!?!!?!!!!!!!!
