Hand held is going to be difficult to get accuracy. Diamond disc on an angle grinder and a spray bottle of water?
Wet cutters have a reservoir that the disc spins through, more like a table saw. The tool stays static, you move the tile, so not "hand-held".

I bought a Ferm corded table cutter years ago from Screwfix for £30. It has done loads of work over the years giving accurate cuts, it still has the same blade. The water sprays everywhere so I have to put it on plastic and mop up as I go. To my mind, they are the only type worth using. Still get it for £40 https://www.screwfix.com/p/performance- ... 240v/469gt Cordless are all big money and as Arco says you need to have a guide which is too much of a faff when the fence does it easily on the table types.

I have a Makita 4140 from my time overseas but I have seldom used the water attachment bulb and tubing with it; it has been a sturdy machine as I have used it with wood saw blades too
Guess the nearest to it is the model M4101B but still comes from overseas.

Not seen that type before.
But on the subject of using wood blades, I fitted a wood blade to my Erbauer wet tile (table) saw and used it to trim kitchen cabinet parts - worked a treat, really neat cuts, didn't loose any fingers either!
