Labour only costs to tile
I understand you want a price, even a ball park one, but here in lies the problem, suppose on any forum, person 1 said £150, person 2 said £275, person 3 said £200. Question: Which one will you believe and how do you know they didn't make it up? (You don't) and here is the "best bit" You still have to find a trades person (Tiler in this case) to come and quote for the job, and what if he says £423, you can't say some person on a forum that I don't know, that has never been to see the job said it will be £150 tops.
Best option is to get the trade person to visit site and ask them yourself. Not only will you get the correct price, you can get a "feel" for them. (We have had 2 quotes for some work, didn't like the 1st person, don't know what it was, they just didn't feel right.)

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

Don't rely on what I and others say. GET quotations and many of them. Search for local tilers online, builder.com, myjobquote.co.uk and yell.com are few I used but there are many more...
If it's straightforward job, no boxing, old tiles removed and floors walls are level then 4-6 day job, daily tiler rate in Preston £X then you know the minimum price. Tile size come to it too. Get quotes.

Sound advice above. Further considerations are the condition of the walls and floor, eg dampness, wet rot and p/board failure? Are the b/r floor tiles going under fixtures (good) or butting up to them (bad). Any plumbing isues, new fixtures, or new electrical installation?
The tiler isn't going to do all the above but they are significant to think about before any tiling quote takes place.
