HI there. My garden has a big raised area that is covered in artificial grass with a wooden border all the way round. I've lived there for three years and I think it was done well before that. Its still in really good condition generally and I keep it brushed etc as best I can.
However, the previous owners had a kids slide which has left a dent and there's a general drop about one inch from the wooden border where it has sunk in places over time.
It looks like I can unpin it from the edges, but whats the best way to top it up please? Just sand, or will that just dip again sooner rather than later. Many thanks in advance.

Lift a corner, what's underneath, sand? Just add more sand, you can get bags of it from Wickes, BnQ, Homebase etc.
If sand, then it's just shifted under the pressures - you could just lift all and level it out by hand. Is it really that important?
