Cracked Floor Tile Help
Hi All, As seen in the pic, we have a row of cracked tiles which sit over the border of old kitchen floor and new extension. I am thinking that the extension floor, which is about 3 years old, has gradually settled and caused this row of tiles to crack over the threshold. I'm presuming that if I just replace the tiles, there is every likelihood they will just crack again. What is the best way to prevent this from happening please ?

If it was my house I would remove the full row of tiles and install decoupling membrane before re tiling. If possible can you get a silicone matched to the grout colour? You could silicone the joint running parallel to the crack so it acts as an expansion joint.
