Headlight contacts

One of my headlights has stopped working. Fuse and bulb are both fine. Last time this happened then the garage cleaned the contacts and it worked again. I have tried spraying contact cleaner on the bulb socket and attempted to get the contacts in the enclosed headlight but this hasn’t worked. Anyone know how a garage would have cleaned the contacts so I can try something else? Thanks.

Brass spark plug brush or Hot End Cleaning Brush.
