Multistove 904 twin wall connection

Post by andrewsterling222 »

Hello,

I'm in the process of fitting a multi stove to a 904 twin walled flue liner, and was just wanting to know if the solid piece of stove pipe that links the stove to the liner needs to be twin walled aswell? For the sake of 600mm or so, does it matter?

Cheers

The nice moderator moved your post from "Welcome" (Where you posted it) to "Stoves" (Where it should be) :-)
We used to have a bloke that knew everything about stoves, but sadly he no longer posts :cb , so I would suggest you get in touch with where you got the stove from or look up your nearest HETAS person
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

Inept people use the QUOTE BUTTON instead of the QUICK REPLY section :-)

Thanks for that. I've acquired a second hand morsø stove, so no paperwork. But I'll look further on net. Worth a try. Thanks anyway for your reply. Cheers

I think you will find that the installation has to be "signed off" by a HETAS approved installer.
