I was very tempted to get the stapler with charger and 2.5ah battery which is cheaper than the bare tool itself but I'd rather just buy the bare tool as I use the badaptor with a DeWalt battery. I'm tempted to buy it and sell the battery and charger on Ebay but unsure how much I'd get for it.

£40 if you are lucky, AND you would have to pay postage.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.
Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

I only have 4 and 5ah full size batteries so am tempted by the strimer and battery combo to both update my striker and give a more compact battery

to be fair i think the nail gun is inflated and around 150-175 is what i paid for the 18 and 16 gauge nail[pin] guns but between 2 and 5 years agoArgyll wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 3:12 pm I was very tempted to get the stapler with charger and 2.5ah battery which is cheaper than the bare tool itself but I'd rather just buy the bare tool as I use the badaptor with a DeWalt battery. It's not the nailer mate. Its the staple gun I'm referring to. I already have the 18 gauge nailer. I don't use it often but it's decent.
