yea the tops are likely stuck down to the cabinets so extremely difficult to move at all.

it looks like Corian tops to me (acrylic)

They are Quartz worktops. They used the older company which is now owned by Corian in the first phase and then next phase which was only 10 months later used silestone which adds antibacterial layer on top but not sure if it's more durable then other brand.
