one game away from a wembley final.
weve been absolutely class this season at times but struggled a touch lately a lot of draws. not bad for a squad still containing some players from the championship season.
10 clean sheets in a row.
played 20 games in the league and conceded 11 goals. 3 against manchester city and 2 when we lost our only game so far to the scousers. and that was after the ref played on till they scored. so in 18 of the other games weve let in 6 goals.
doing canny in the league cup too. a game away from wembley if we dont go and throw it away now.
wish id started a season thread now woulda been a better one to lock back on than the relegation season or the other when we deliberaltely lost week after week

Watched it with my son last night Fin. Shite 1st half but got better 2nd half. You should have been 3-0 up first half. Someone should tell Willock it's not rugby he's playing. He sky'd two good chances. Linton's alleged handball wasn't conclusive so it should have stood.
I can't get my head round that you play one leg in the quarters but two in the semis.

Normally there's two legs home and away until the semis when there's only one.

Told my son a few months back they'll start dropping points after Christmas because they don't have a big enough squad yet. Looks like the case but hope not.

They played well Fin particularly in the first half. Southhampton came back into it second half and Adam's goal was a cracker. That sublime pass through to Armstrong was a cracker but Pope did well to save.
Are you going to the Final?
