Most of the developers we work with now specify heat/smoke resistant cable

But we can use placcy pipes though lol....

Yes got a tuffbox so just wheel it to next room. Seems like a fair price for fitting I’m now thinking, wasn’t sure at first but rock up, fit, go home and forget, repeat!!!
