B&Q Tradepoint Delivery

Post by Argyll »

My kitchen arrived this morning. It looks like there's a pallet missing. I've only one base unit and two wall units. I called their customer service line and was told no one's answering their phones in that department but someone should get back to me within 72hrs 👀

I told them it's unacceptable and I've emailed their CEO Graham Bell.

What a joke!

Aye I know 🤣 It didn't go unnoticed mate.

Someone from the CEO office contacted me. They're looking into it. It won't happen before Monday though 🙄
