Baxi DuoTec boiler

Can anyone advise please?
Baxi duotec combi.
CH turned on.
Boiler tried to ignite but failed. Error code E078 displayed.
Tried again and ignited but after 10 seconds burner went off.
Tried again and it ignited and stayed on.
Another error code stored is E069
Can’t find these error codes listed in manual

Is it working normal now?
My guess and only that is an interruption in the gas supply!

Still going into fault. Spark and sense electrodes look past their best so going to replace them.

Replaced ignition and sense electrodes cured it. Bit pricey for what they are though.
