Adjust uPVC Door

We have a uPVC front door which has now developed a gap of about 8mm at the bottom. I think it's MILA hinges on the door and I have tried to adjust them to remove the gap - God getting nowhere and not knowing what I am adjusting.

Can anyone direct me to what adjustments I need to make to close the gap to the bottom, they are so many points of adjustments on these hinges.

Sorry for the mess I used WD40 to lub the hinges.
