What type of slabs are these ( sandstone, concrete etc)

Does anybody know what type of slabs these are, and therefore what wet sealer/colour restorer I need please ?

As you can see, it looks like they’ve been pressure washed to aggressively which has taken the top off them.

When we viewed the house, they were always wet (not surprisingly with our great weather ), and still look OK when wet, but horrible when dry, so I thought a wet look sealer might help ?
