Does the arrow on the blade rotate the same way when you run the saw(possible blade on back to front??)

so the arrow on the blade correspond with the arrow on the plastic guard.
It cuts from below rather than from the top. Is that right?

the teeth must point forward in direction off rotation

I check ed with the video and it rotates like in the video so luckily the blade wasn't the other way round.
