Replace bathroom downlight

Hello,
we have 6 Luxna bathroom downlights, one above the shower has gone faulty, the LED bulb is not replaceable so need to replace the whole unit,
the attached picture is the one currently installed, but I can no longer find it locally or online, its a Luxna LXFRD10NW the main points are 10W, 70mm cutout, 4000K natural white, IP65-rated ,

the only similar product from Luxna is found here

its 5-7W, 70mm cutout, Dimmable with Colour & Wattage Selector Switch and IP-65 rated, would this be ok to swap out?

It is quite common for "unknown" brand downlights to become obsolete. The light you link to is suitable, but may I suggest you buy a couple of them.................

With a 70mm hole maybe consider fitting a unit that has customer changeable bulbs.

These sealed units are not a good idea

Ceiling height matters, over or under 2.25 meters from floor, below is zone 1 above is outside zones. Also outside zones if 0.6 meters from bath or shower, if in zone 1 or 2 then IPX4 if a wet room IPX5 but otherwise a simple GU10 lamp is no problem. I see old one is IPX5.

I try to avoid integrated lamps, I have 2, one in hall, and one outside, I have to admit the integrated carriage lamp outside is a better output to the ones using bulbs, mainly as the bulb faces up with connections at the bottom, where integrated the LED's face down, but only reason for using it was cheap (£4).
