Use plastic padding to reform the door damage. You should be able to let in a bit of MDF door stop in to repair the cut section

as thats a plant on door stop i would remove and replace on that leg and fill whats left
iff not angle the cut in the door stop back towards the frame at say 45% so the stop will hold in any filler iff it comes loose
