Filling hole in a wall

Post by mawallace »

We have had a new bathroom fitted, and the overflow pipe is now redundant

However, the hole is visible from the road, and I would like to fill it in. The plumber has blocked off the hole on the inside of the property.

What should I use?

A repair pack of mortar mix will do it but you only need to mix a dab to penetrate an inch or so. see https://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-Quick-S ... g/p/220997 If there is residual pipe in the hole cut and inch or so out to give you a better bond.
