Roofing is damaged on nearly half the houses on the street

Post by bwin12 »

What's going on here, The roofing is damaged but I noticed in a row of semi detcahed houses almost all the houses on the right hand side had damaged roofs with the houses on the left having no damage. Why would this happen only to one side in a row of houses?

That's not damage, that's just old age. The ones on the left have had their respective slates replaced. You will often find, when one person has it done, everyone else / most follow suit.

Might "get away" with a good power wash, but there are quite a few slates missing.

Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
