Bosch KGN36VW35G/07 Fridge-freezer

This unit has developed a noisy ( tapping ) frost freeing fan.
Does any member know which section ie freezer compartment or fridge compartment I should go through to get too it please.

Thank you for reply the site looks interesting, however it will not let me log in or register I have tried several usernames three different email addresses two different pc but the sign up reply they say will be sent does not arrive,

That forum is nothing to do with anyone here, we just know it exists. I do note it says it has had an update, perhaps give it a few days?
