Hello
Can anyone recommend a good but lighter alternative to Le Creuset cookware?
Thanks

Just put alternatives to Le Creuset in Google, I just did it and loads came up. You may want to look at Deliveroo and cut out the middleman.

There are other brands, but the idea behind "Le Creuset" is its weight ie cast iron so if you want the same results you need the same weight there are a couple "Staub" similar price, "Sitram" another French company slightly cheaper, there are some good American companies as well, so go for weight then look for price.

I did but I would prefer a recommendation based on someone's experiences (even if it's someone I don't know) rather than seeing it on a website that is trying to get me to buy it.dewaltdisney wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 7:52 am Just put alternatives to Le Creuset in Google, I just did it and loads came up.

If you want lightweight then it'll have to be enamelled aluminium. Lots of choice out there but be aware the alu stuff is nowhere near as hard wearing as the cast iron.
