Tiling Error - Advice re tile grout enhancer/sealer please

Post by kevin93429 »

I've had my new bathroom tiled throughout. I'm happy with the tiles. I chose Fugabella Colour Grout no10 for grouting, and discussed with the tiler the need to let the grout dry to the touch before cleaning up. Unfortunately he didn't do this and as a consequence it leached out to at least 2 shades lighter than it should be, cleaning up was too soon and too wet.

I'll not rake it all out, it would be a mammoth task, so would appreciate you opinions around a suitable sealer colour enhancer/sealer to darken the grout. I'm not keen to use a sealer on the porcelain tiles themselves, so any advice on how not to get it on the tiles in the process would be great, thanks very much.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
