Best Hole saws

Going to need to drill some 25mm holes in some 6mm steel plate, its to make a pallet loader for the mini excavator, so I need good quality, which do you recommend? need to buy online Thankyou.

IF they will deliver to France. You will also need an Arbor and Pilot drill. I presume you have access to a Drill Press?

Otherwise, RS Components or possibly Machine Mart.

We recently had to cut a large number of holes where accuracy was not paramount, and achieved this by vice gripping an oversize washer to the material and then running around the inside with a plasma cutter. Imperfections then being tidied up with a carbide burr.

I've always had good luck with Starrett hole saws.

For drilling through 6mm steel Starrett hole saw is very good. They are also noted for their durability and clean cutting performance. But if you are looking for other alternatives, Cromwell Tools do have quite a good range too. Just see to it that you have the right arbor and pilot drill. If there is no drill press involved it is a bit tricky to be even more careful that the steel well is well secured and go slow.

Thanks have tried the recommendations, they dont seem to be interested in the "Little man so have got one from Amazon it had the best reviews so will see how it goes. The bench drill arrived yesterday its too heavy for me to assemble it, so today will use the new digger to lift it up onto its perch, it weights 65Kgs, got some cutting compound (Made in Sheffield) and can set the speed down low, it goes from 200rmp to 3000rpm, so a good range. Forgot about RS so thanks for the heads up.
